What you’d be working on
Not demo environments. The contact centre systems behind Kenya Power. Campus networks at universities that have renewed with us for six years running. A fibre network we own and are building out across western Kenya. Banks, SACCOs, hospitals and manufacturers whose operations run on what our engineers design, install and maintain.
How we work
- Documentation is the culture. Everything we build is documented to be inherited — which means you join an environment you can actually understand, and leave work that outlasts you.
- Sector teams, real ownership. Our delivery and account teams are organised by industry. You learn a sector deeply — its regulators, systems and seasons — instead of firefighting randomly.
- Multi-year clients, not churn. We measure ourselves by how long customers stay. That changes how it feels to do the work: you build relationships and systems, not tickets.
- Training is an investment, not a cost. We keep certifications current across the platforms we deploy — Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Microsoft and more.
Who we look for
Engineers across networking, security, cloud and voice; field technicians in western Kenya for the fibre rollout; and sector-focused account managers. At every level we hire for the same two things: technical honesty and the discipline to document.
