Ryantel Systems Limited

Manufacturing & Logistics

Connect the plant floor to the head office.

Manufacturers and distributors run on systems that must talk to each other: ERP in the office, warehouse management in the godown, fleet trackers on the road, and a network underneath that was usually built in pieces by whoever was cheapest that year. The result is the daily reconciliation grind — orders re-keyed from WhatsApp, delivery confirmations chased by phone, stock numbers that disagree depending on which screen you read.

Ryantel delivers industrial-grade networking built for plant conditions — dust, distance, vibration and 24-hour shifts — and integrates the business systems on top so data flows from production to dispatch to accounts without a human retyping it at each step. For Kim Fay East Africa, that meant a 385-metre indoor fibre backbone, Cat6A horizontal cabling and a centrally managed PoE fabric: one spine carrying ERP, warehouse and dispatch, managed as a single estate.

The automation layer is where the hours come back. We build order capture straight from WhatsApp into your ERP, automatic delivery confirmations to customers, and dashboards that show production, stock and sales in one place — updated by the systems themselves, not by someone’s Friday afternoon spreadsheet.
